You can find many gluten free products in health food stores and many grocery stores are now carrying these types of products. Since Gluten is in many wheat, barley, grains, etc... you still will get your nutrients. Just use the gluten free breads and pastas. Heres a good webste that goes into more 'gluten free' information that includes other things not related to breads and pastas. http://www.gicare.com/diets/Gluten-Free.aspx

I know about the products in the stores but I'm having a difficult time losing weight.  thought you might be able to help with some receipes or helpful hints  elenaform@aol.com

There is a great meal replacement supplement that just came to the market.  It is made with over 70 ingredients from whole foods.  It is gluten free and gives you a full days serving of fruit and vegetables in one shake.

I have been drinking it for just over a week and it taste great and really gives a great full feeling and constant stream of energy without caffein!

There is a website with all the info on it (not a sales site) it is http://www.Shakeology.com

It is only available online. You can go to http://www.FreeFitCOach.com if you want to try it.  It has a 30 day money back guarantee. There are also ways to get 10% or even 25% off by joining the online club.  It's very cool.

That combined with other healthy food choices will really help!

Try Recipes4us.co.uk Gluten Free Recipes - there are hundreds of recipes there plus a food and health section which covers general nutrition.

I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.

This web site called Glutenfreeda has what you are looking for.
