A:well.. it depends.. do you eat the same amount or food or did you eat more than usual? it could also have converted your fat into muscles.. and muscles make you heavier but that is healthy unlike fat content in the body.. sooo if people who are honest tells you you have lost weight then you have lost fat but gained muscle mass according to the scales.. but if i were you i'd walk everyday to keep the unwanted fat from your body and gain muscles instead.. or if you can't walk everyday.. at least 3 times a week.. it's healthy... good luck!!
