If you're in the South Florida area I have a great yoga teacher/healer that does WATSU treatments as well. If you're not in South Florida, try yoga with an instructor that has been doing it for 20 to 30 years they will be careful with you. Be aware of instructors that have only been practicing yoga for a minimal number of years. I suffer from endometriosis and am in debilitating pain and the WATSU treaments really help me. Look up watsu on the net. Good luck!!

I think general stretching and yoga would be a good solution. Possibly tai chi, as it is very low impact. Here's a lot more great fibromyalgia information and a there's community of others with the condition. Good luck!
