Hello

The "Abs Diet" on AOL looks okay. I don't know if I would consume a lot of peanut butter if I was trying to lose weight because peanuts are very high in calories and can really pack the fat on a person. Also, I would eliminate lowfat milk and only drink skim milk.  Whole milk and even lowfat milk WILL fatten you up. They claim that you can lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks. That is very optimistic unless a person is extremely overweight.

The extra weight for men is always around the waist! A healthy weight loss diet focuses on nutritional density and small portions. That means lean protein and lots of veggies. If you aren't already, find a type of excercise that you like and do it consistently.

My husbands boss is 63 and he did what i did and lost weight but the only problem is that he has more energy to play gold and his wife is mad! lol

Hello Everyone!

I just found something great and wanted to try it for myself before I start talking.  Here is the deal:

I found the best HCG only $149.00! So I ordered it and followed the plan and it’s my 15th day and I have already lost 22 pounds!  You know how it feels when you find a good product AND a great price! 4 of my friends ordered it and started as well, we are all loosing weight like mad!     Here is the website: www.hcgbuydirect.com

Now if they would just give me free stuff sending everyone over there! lol wishful thinking doesn't hurt.

I had other friends go to the more expensive weight loss places and so far we have had the SAME RESULTS without spending the extra cash, they can sell it for less since they aren't having to pay for the luxurious spa setting and the employees etc.
