why is it when I sweat, I only sweat from my head ,and sometimes for no reason. I am 58 and done with menopause(1997-2007) roughly. No night sweats either?

You may find comfort in knowing that you are not alone in this matter. Nearly 1% of people experience some sort of excessive perspiration, including head sweating.

You might want to consult tour doctor because this could mean that you have hyperthyroidism of some sorts, and it could have an effect on other things as well, especially after menopause when hormone levels change dramatically.

I heard that caffeine makes it worse, so you might want to drop or lower coffee and other caffeine foods and beverages. There are sage tablets you can but I've never met anyone who did, so I can't help you from experience.
 Also you're supposed to try and relax and avoid stress, but this is probably good advice anyway :-)
