How do I know if my two chihuahuas are getting enough exercise? I live in a 2-room apartment and take them for 3-4 walks a day.

I agree with tiptopmanager. Sounds like they're getting plenty of exercise. It's true that with small apartments it can be a problem but 3-4 walks a day should be enough.
