How Can I loose weight if I have a low Thyroid, and I take medication. I have tried and tried....
Since Thyroid problem is very dangerous, I would suggest you talk to your Doctor. They should have a diet for you!
Go to ur doctor he will check and give you the medication needed for your thyroids.........it does help
You first need to definitely check with your doctor. How long have you been on medication? It takes a little while for thyroid medication to take effect. If you have been on it awhile, you might need to have your thyroid rechecked and your medication adjusted. If everything checks out okay, then just start watching what you eat and exercising.
