All I want for Christmas is you....

There are special machines in the gym (which the people working there can show you) that help you very easily to tone your sides.  If you just do 3 sets of 20 at least 3 times a week, you will notice a difference very quickly.  Good luck.

Do lotsa crunches or other abdominal exercises.  You can use nautilus machines at the gym that target the areas you want to tone.  Add walking/running, treadmill, or eliptical machine too.  Good to exercise moving those legs & waist.  With excercise & a low fat diet...you are set!  Good luck!!!!

Every story has an end but in life, every end is just a new beginning.

The only way to lose love handles is by exercise and diet (although it has been argued that there are no particular exercises to lose love handles, for love handles are made up of fat and no amount of exercise can get rid of fat). What these exercises will do is tone and firm the muscles, but the fat will still be there. The only solution for getting rid of this fat is by dieting; when you diet you lose weight in all parts of your body including these fatty areas.

Exercises such as side bends, crunchies, sit-ups, and torso twists are just a few exercises that are recommended to lose love handles. The truth is no amount of exercise will make you lose love handles, because they are mostly made up of fatty muscles. Nevertheless, people have tried lots of different exercises like those mentioned above; whether they have truly succeeded at losing those love handles will never truly be known.

Exercise and diet really help. I also do yoga to strengthen muscles and relieve stress. It is great for the mind and the body.

Although there are machines at that gym that can help you sculpt your mid-section, you must lose the excess fat first. No mateer how many crunches you do or side twists, you'll not be able to see your true results if you have a layer of fat over them. For info on how to get six-pack abs follow this nutrition plan and check out the author of the book. Wow:
