I started this

calorie shifting diet program, and it is very easy to do. It is 11 day diet, where you can lose up to 9 pounds in 11 days. Than you are off diet for 3 than back on the diet again for 11.  Not bad, I like the fact that it has cheating days as I just have to cheat. :)
