first you need to be losing for health rather than vanity... keeping it off will be much easier.. eat mostly plant based diet..fruit and even more greens. stay away from processed food,fast food,or anything that comes in a package. eat fish,beans,and nuts for good protein and if you can eat organic.. when a person eats correctly, quanity is not as important. by concentrating on getting all your vitamin and minerals in your food and staying away from added sugars,corn syrups and chemicals your body will find its perfect weight.
