Ive already lost about 15 pounds with diet and ...

Ive already lost about 15 pounds with diet and excerise. But now that im working out 5 days a week, for about an hour each time, I cant seem to lose the last 5 pounds I want to lose. The more I work out the more I eat. How do I stop from doing this and prevent burnout?

I don't know if you should try to lose the last five pounds.  Your body seems to think it is important to keep it.

If you work out an hour a day, you should be pretty fit now.  Probably more than 99% of us.  Does five pounds actually show?

Keep seeking opinions on this, but I think your problem may be perception, not fat.

Every story has an end but in life, every end is just a new beginning.

Losing weight and keeping it off is a lifestyle change, not a temporary diet. If you are looking to make the change, I'd suggest reading a great article called Lifestyle Changes, Not Diets, Are Key To Losing Weight that was published on Medical News Today. I think it really sums up the important aspects that most people need to change to successfully lose weight and keep it off. The three points I spend extra time focusing on are portion control, drinking lots of water and making exercise a part of my daily routine (even if it means taking the stairs instead of the elevator or parking my car further from the entrance of a store/restaurant).

How do your body measurements compare to what they were before you began losing weight? Muscle does weigh more than fat, so since you have an ample exercise plan, you have probably gained muscle mass. So even though you are not down to what you feel is an "ideal" number (weight), you probably have reached your desired size. The proof is in the measurements.
