I am what you would call an anxiety eater how can i fix that?

An anxiety eater is much like the emotional eater. In order to overcome it, you need to first understand why it happens. Try reading Understanding Emotional Eating. Once you understand why it is you do it, you can learn ways to avoid it. You can read Overcoming Emotional Eating. I hope this helps.

i would try and fix the reasons behind what was making me do this in the first place and take one obsticle at a time and see if this works or helps
