My favorite holiday pie, Snickerdoodle Pie, is pretty easy to transport, because the inside is baked, like a moist cake, and does not have fruit to ooze onto the car. Also, since its like a cake, it does not have to be served warm- like an apple or cherry pie, or kept chilled- like a pumpkin pie.
