cobblers, puddings, and pies don't really travel well
cobblers tend to become soggy and doughy, puddings... well that is obvious, and pies tend to ooze or slosh too much in transport.
if you are thinking about something fruity try a crisp (like a cobbler with a different topping), something rich try fudge, something creamy, cheesecake, something for a holiday theme, various cakes ( I like to make a rolled chocolate cake decorated as a yule log) or you could just make a variety of cookies
