I beliver other are doing things on perpose to make me depress. Can you tell me some of the things people do that way i will no for sure
People will try to put you down just so they can make themselves feel better. Everytime someone makes a bad comment about someone it's because they are insecured about themselves. Don't let comments get to you or they will win
Sometimes people behave in a way that could depress you it not just in words it could also show in the amount of attention they give you. You need to learn to ignore these actions and maybe find a new circle of friends.
The search for people who can answer your question continues for as long as needed - until you find the answer you were looking for.
