Is it necessary to take your dentures out at night before bed? I have been wearing them for just over 2 years, without taking them out at night. I only take them out to clean them. What is the worst that can happen if you dont take them out before bed?

Have you ever noticed that anybody driving slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac?

Just like you, I was told by my dentist that it was okay to sleep with my dentures after cleaning them. I do not plan on I changing my routine, and besides, in a few weeks, a new study will come out with the opposite results. So my advice to you, do what you feel is most comfortable.

Yes, for the exact reason you mentioned. I am always very concerned about the possibility of my gums getting infected, due to the fact that I have diabetes.
