What do you mean by Cranial training?  Do you refer to manipulation of the cranial plates of the skull?  If that is what you are referring to, then the answer is that such therapy is nonsense, and you have been wrongly advised and educated.  In fact, any dentist who treats a patient with cranial manipulation is subject to censure by the Dental State Board for quackery, especially if the treatment is for relief or treatment of TMJ problems.
