How do I delete an email address/screen name?

If you are using the AOL client (9.0/9.1) goto kw: screename and you can remove any screen name from your account.

In Windows Mail, when I am creating an email and click the first letter of a name in "Send To", it auto-populates several options.  How can I selectively deleter those names I don't wish to have do this?  NOTE: they are NOT saved names in my contact list.
