Well, it is highly unlikely that the phone is bugged. (Look up how, and you will see that not many people could do that...) The best answer I have for you would be to get a hold of TECH SUPPORT, and see if they can reprogam your phone. (It is most likely network related, and not the device.) If it is Verizon(I assume that most company stores can of whichever wireless carrier), particularly, go to a corporate store and have the software "flashed".
