OronD and I once got into a good exchange in a question posted by an employer having a problem with one of their workers.  We had very opposing opinions, and the asker was very happy and impressed with the level of debate.  I love it when I disagree with OronD, because I almost always get to learn something. Whether the debate changes my mind or his is a moot point when you get to learn stuff.  And that is what Yedda is all about.  Learning and teaching.  Many and varied are the lessons to be learned here.
