A loss of a bloved person is indeed one of the toughest challenges that one has to deal with in his life. My somehow optimistic attitude is that although we live in a materialistic universe, what's really important is the thought as a subjective entity. therefore I believe in memorialization, keeping the beloved person spirit  alive. It could be by any mean- photos, favorite music, writings, anything that would be constant but still dynamic and changing.

death is a universal truth it can't be changed so, whenever a beloved person is no more try to remember him in your heart and the best way is to do the work the person loved most

Lots of People will say that I am a crazy old man, but then that's ok, There is no death, oh!, there is a physical change. Yet life goes on in the world beyond this life. I should know, as I have talked to a wonderful Lady from the Spirit-World. And she was more alive than lots of people within this world. Death isn't God's failure, but it's a time of renewal with those we Love. She was still unable to let go of earthly things, as she asked me what i was doing in her bedroom, mind talk as she never uttered a single word. So I feel that those who have gone on before us still speak to us in our minds. We cannot see them in most cases, but we can hear them if we learn to listen with our hearts and minds. I also have been out of my physical body, and for a brief moment have been in that world beyond this world. So carry that Beloved person in your heart and mind, for she is'nt dead but only awaits you on the other-side.
