Asked about “AOL Mail Help”

Every day challenge.aol.com???

Every day or every other day I am asked to d

o the challenge.aol.com/en/us/spam.html.  This use to come up monthly.  Why am I getting this every day.  It also use to pop up in the email, but now I have to exit out of my email and go to the site, losing the email I was trying to send.  Why???

AOL Mail - Community Support Team

This should only come up if you sent too many mails from this account and machine. This is to prevent spam bots or spammers from misusing AOL to send spam. First please make sure to change your password to prevent somebody from misusing your account to send spam. If the problem persists and you do not send too many emails, please sent a mail to websuiteblog@aol.com and we'll help you.
