I have been in ur shoes, fortunatly i have my grand daughter w/ me now. I think u can get Grand parent rights to see ur Grand daughter especially since u raised her for 10 and a half yrs. I  think u r on the right track , u love ur daughter just as I do mine no matter what,and what she is doing does not reflect on ur parenting skills so u should not blame ur self. U should contact an attorney of family law in ur state and see what ur rights are. You have the right to c ur granddaughter and ur daughter will hopefully soon figure that out...Good luck and God Bless.
