My poetry has a dark edge to it.  I am not one to write about flowers or love, etc.  Recently I have been forcing myself to work on poems as they relate to human nature, but I find that even that falls on the pessimistic side.

Hello Krista,

Though your posted question is dated last August, my reply to it would be a resounding...yes!  I have a few pieces of dark-ish poetry including an interpretation of Edward Munch's Painting, The Scream.  Have a read and leave me a word or two.  Now for a question from me, why did you ask that question?
