What is your opinion of Danica Patrick?

She may be a good driver, but she needs to get off of  her self-righteous ego trip and have some compassion for others.  She is NOT God...and she certainly doesn't walk on water.  Come on Danica....get off your high horse or quit racing.

Danica is an unpleasant egotistic spoiled brat, nothing is ever her fault. I wish some opponent would forget she was female and treat her to a slap in the face, punch to the gut, or pick her up and give her the spanking she has deserved since she has been in Indy Cars. Her behavior is embarassing-she should have married Dale Earnhardt Jr. or maybe Tony Stewart, they're a lot like her.

I think she is better and smarter than most of the drivers out there and alot can't accept that. As far as the crash there is no dought that the rookie screwed the pooch!

I don't like her. She is too hot tempered - not a good example of a woman competing.

I think she is great and all the other drivers feel threatened by her. We are going to the Toyota  Grand Prix in Long Beach and I hope to see her win.

Danica Patrick is a big cry baby. Just because her dad is famous eveyone treats her like she is something special. She is not that good a driver anyway. How many races has she won? She sux, and she blames someone else everytime she wrecks her car. She needs to be slapped back into reality.

Danica's dad is only famous for being Danica's dad. Yes, she is a big cry baby but so are some of the male drivers. I find it interesting that the media and the NASCAR-wannabe IndyCar series marketing people don't make as much of a fuss about them when they whine. It is all quite contrived and obviously calculated to draw attention to a sport too few care about these days. If you followed the sport you would know that the record shows that Danica is a decent, better-than-average driver but clearly she is not brilliant. You would also know that Raphael Matos, (the rookie who had the accident with her), has a racing resume that suggest he will be brilliant in Indy Cars. Matos may be a rookie but he has now learned the same valuable lesson that the other drivers in the Indy Car Series have learned: Car number 7 gets wider when you try to pass it. I'll bet that Matos won't make that mistake again and that Danica almost certainly will.
