I have an electric ceramic top stove. I want t grill etc like I used to on my gas stove with a cast iron skillet, however I'm aware I can't use that on my ceramic stove...I bought a porcelain coated cast iron grill, but I heard that at high heat the porcelain would melt. What pan can I use to grill a good steak or stir fry etc. on this ceramic stove? thank you...
