Well I use to weight 240lbs and as of right now I weight 219lbs just like you. I lost 21pounds by eating healthy, walking and a little bit of jogging 5 days a week. And on the weekends going to the park with my nephews to play basketball, it burns a lot of calories because you are moving and jumping constantly. Once you see the weight coming off you gunna want to keep doing it. Do it for yourself,I wish you the best and stay always positive.

there are so many people having such weight problems nowadays! and it seems there are as many solutions to these problems. still, not all of them can be helpful. some can even do harm...I personally rely only on books with some scientific or medical evidence. used to download great ones by http://www.picktorrent.com torrent search engine. get one, hope it'll help. though most of them can be summarized to several simple rules: active life, sport, moderation in eating, no stress. wish you success!
