What cures dehydration?

Today was the first day that felt like summer, so I went to the pool. I drank water while there, but now I have a really bad headache and I think maybe I'm dehydrated. What should I do?

Keep drinking more water regularly. Go to sleep for an hour or two and wake yourself up with a cold/mild shower. You'll feel refresh and hydrated.
