It's not worth your trouble to sue...year's ago a Doctor called in a med which I thought was for water retention...dumb me, I took the meds, it ended up being a blood thinner...I became very sick from it and almost died, I could not get an appointment to see the Doctor even with my continous calling and telling the Nurse I was bleeding from all parts of my body...I ended up walking into the Doctor's office after sitting in an ER for 8 hours bleeding and not being seen...the Doctor admitted me to the Hospital as my organs were shutting down from bleeding out...took him to court, just wanted him to be accountable for what he did to me as I still had a breath in me to speak...25 other's in his care died...the Jury went with his side, he had lied, his nurse lied and they made up a fake sheet showing that I had been seen previous...its not worth the aggrevation to sue...I just Praise God that I still have a breath in me to share this with you, and I know someday this Doctor will have to answere to a Higher Power other than me, and that's my Father Jesus Christ...I am sorry you had such a bad Dentist and a bad crown...take care
