Cool Equal justice for All

The law works but the system needs changed, We all abide by the law but sometime it failes us. The same with the goverment. God bless the USA, Brign our troops HOME safely, To the men who did not get the credit they deserve, MAY GOD WATCH OVER OUR SERVICE MEN.

First of all use your maranda rights. Then it all depends on the court load as there are no limits on the amount of time you can be held without gowing to court and see a judge. Unless you can be released out on bond.

A Law Question and Answer Site

I would ask your lawyer if you have one. If you don't have an attorney, then get one.

Ask around or you can look at sites like Targetlaw Findlaw, lawyers.com
