Why would a death not be investigated?
Just because we may disagree doesn't mean your right.
The message of Christ is the kingdom of God.
What one says, does, or thinks is all relevent.
Oh heck, there are lots of reasons for not investigating a death. Like no one liked the guy any way, or maybe some one high up didn't like the guy, or the higher up is really higher up, like Bush and Cheney and Rumsfield and the Iraq War.
There is the possiblity it looked close enough to a suicide that's just what they called it. Or the possiblity it looked like natural causes and they let it go as that.
There is lots of good possible reasons not to investigate you know the new answer,"We were waiting for the stimulas money." And of couse some one admitted to it and Law Enforcement accepted the confession.
Of course there is not a good reason not to investigate.

Okay, let's delve a little deeper.
My 19 y/o son, Joshua, was found dead in Amsler Park/McGregor, Tx on Feb. 16, 2006. McGregor (Pop.4,853) did NOT investigate!
Criminal Investigation 101~All Deaths Are Investigated As Homicides Until PROVEN Otherwise!
www.americaiswatching.org (Joshua Robinson) Attached documents, including a crime scene photo and statement that a (yet unknown) patrol officer saw Joshua in Amsler Park @ 1AM! He died between 1:15 and 2:15AM, according to the rigor/livor mortis.
Your thoughts?
Now that I know a litte bit more about your question, I would say off the top you need to contact your State Prosecuting Attorney, I doubt contacting the Country Prosecutor would be much help. Start thinking ACLU, the FBI, CNN.
To find the truth on this one will take a while, you'll need to get in touch with the Lord for the strength to fight this. Your local police may start harrassing you
You'll need to find out more about this anonymous Patrol Officer and all that he saw going on in the park. He/she maybe trying to protect some body. I hate to say it but this sounds like a movie/tv show. But these things do happen, believe me, I know these things can happen. I would be wondering about the Patrolman, did he stop Joshua, to find out why he was out in the park at 1:00 a.m. I ask because most city parks are closed at that time of night, so the officer would have been dueing his job to stop and question Joshua.
Diamond, my prayers are with you, but it is your prayers the Lord wants to hear, don't be afraid, just go into a quiet place in your home and pray, Not forgetting the Lord's Prayer too. (Matthew 6: 9-13) Place your trust in the Lord, Jesus Christ, and eventually you'll get the answer your looking for.
This death occurred over 3 years ago, on February 16, 2006. So, I've had some time to contemplate the 'facts' of this case.
I did ask questions: 1) How was former Officer Kirby the first one on the scene, as his patrol car (#1507) was NOT dispatched to Amsler Park? 2) How and why was former Officer Norris able to run a wants & warrants check on an 'unknown' subject? 3) Why was former Sgt. Freeman called on duty @ 4:37AM? 4) Why wasn't this case investigated?
I got one, #2, answered by two different chiefs. Former Chief Wadkins: "It's not like the officers have drivers license numbers in their heads. A wants and warrants check is done in case there's a warrant, it can be dismissed." Current Chief Foster/Former Texas Ranger: "The wants and warrants check was done on the complainant, not Joshua Robinson. I repeat, not Joshua Robinson."
Keep in mind, I contacted the Texas Rangers, specifically Steve Foster, to request an investigation into my son's suspicious death. Over the course of about 2 years, he denied my request repeatedly........NOW, he's Chief of Police/McGregor!
Per the Attorney General website, Abbott is suppose to be the 'chief law enforcement of Texas', however, I rec'd no help from him, nor the governor, or Lt. governor..............
Diamond, Then you need to step up your actions to the Federal level, and you need to find a web site that will help you get the story out. Have you contacted your Senators or your House of Representatives member. And rememeber you have only one House member for your area.
You have to find a way to get the National Media's attention!!
Your Story has broken my heart, but with faith you can get answers. And like I said take your story to God, talk with Him, He does listen.
Here are some referances for you. Matthew 21:22 "And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." or look to Mark 11:24, "Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you."
