Can lining, (such as from Monsanto), polymer, pbc, cancer. I am founding a beverage company and will be using aluminum cans per product. Planned on including polymer lining in cans to oppose galvanic action typically induced in colas, (esp. those with high citric acid content). But concerned about possibility of presenting PCB's and other carcinogens and mutagens to the drink/contents by the doing. (A) Is this a valid concern and if it is, (B) Are there alternative linings/materials out there that would not pose such potential health risk?
