Do created babies have equal rights?

If the Bill of rights declare all men are created equal, does that not mean that babies created in their mothers womb are equal with their mothers and have equal rights under the constitution?

Since people are "created" at conception it would follow that they have equal rights.

Also they have the right to LIFE, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Doesn't this imply abortion is wrong according to our Constitution? Roe v Wade not withstanding!
