Hi,


From your question I realize you didn't do it B4 and that you don't have too much experience with computers and/or programming.  In that case better start with a simple data base at Excell.  Start by creating a list of all students.  Than store all the information there (per each student).  Than you can do many things with that data (averages, progress, percentages, all kind of sorting, standart deviation, etc).  Many people around you use Excell, ask them and they'll assist you.  If you don't have someone to ask, contact me privately and I'll assist you (free of charge).
