Highlandspring, Congradulations on your pregnancy!!! I suggest that you look to your local library for some of the answers you are seeking...if not perhaps another web site. I just feel that you will find better/quicker answers if you take the initiative to seek them on your own..You could also make a list of all your questions and ask your doctor. If he does not know he can surely point you in a direction better than an online forum of this caliber,maybe a better one?
