How can I get a copy of my mothers will or trust.
She passed away 8 years ago in Florida.

If she had a will you can get it from the courthouse where it was probated. Just call and find out which court probated it, city or county. If she had a trust you may have real problems. Try to find out the lawyer that drew it up for her and call him or her.
