How do I cope?

My wife and I were having serious marriage problems, she had left me for about 2 months.  Now, she is back, but I am having problems with nightmares that she might leave me once again.  Should I tell her or just keep it a secret?  I am having trouble sleeping because the dreams are not all that different, just the people involved are.  Am I just going nuts over nothing?  This has recently started to happen while we are planning a family move, to another state, that involves me going first followed by my family in a few weeks.  Should I worry that my wife could leave me once again?

Your wife is the person with whom you should feel the closest. That means TRUST. Your inner feelings might be justified if she is failing to give you the assurance that she will not leave you. If she is failing then you should openly discuss your fears with her. In addition, you should both seriously consider counseling in order to put your marriage on more secure footing. It is extremely unhealthy for you to keep these fears to yourself.

Have you two fixed the problem that caused her to leave?  If you are having problems, why wouldn't you talk to your wife about them.  That is what a marriage is about, communications.  If you have to move right now, than it's something that has to be done, but it's lousy timing.  It sounds like communication is one of the main problems you two have.
