How do I trouble shoot a Norcold refrigerator. I ...

How do I trouble shoot a Norcold refrigerator. I suspect a board problem. The gas flame works but no cooling takes place. The 8 Amp fuse was blown and replaced with no change. It has not blown again. It automaticly goes to gas at start up and if you try to switch it electric the code "NO" comes up.

Does your refrigerator have a warranty? I would contact the maker/manufacturer because it is possible that this reoccurring problem is very common amongst your particular model. They should be able to either fix it, or easily provide you with the information to do so. Good luck.

Thank you for your reply but it is 9 years old and out of warranty. This type of refrigeration is different then household unit and uses ammonia instead of freon for its cooling gas.
