Is this an oven recipe? boiling rice according to my packages say 2 cups water per cup of rice, boil 20 minutes until water is absorbed. like intheknow says, just double the amount, not the time. that may not be the case for an oven recipe, as far as time goes. It may take longer to cook with larger amounts.
