I have to agree with shelly. I have never seen an answer posted by him in all the time I've been on Yedda. I've seen a lot of questions for him, but never an answer.
I only joined this .. thinking he would be on here! :) Tried to ask him personally when he was down in OZ recently .. but he didn't give much away haha
Belinda, I have never seen an answer from him either, but keep on posting--the Yedda community has some great people on here who still might be able to help you with your questions. Have a great New Years.
I'm pretty assured that he is busy and this forum with not be a money maker for him either. Why else have a TV show or personal recipes from his "chef-dumb arena" ??? This I imagine is a bit frivolous as far as he is concerned. Sad but true.
