Ask Curtis Stone a question here. I found that most baking recepies tell you the degrees to set your ovens at.However they don't always specify if glass, dark non-stick or the silver color molds. Can you please tell me how many degrees does the oven temperature needs to be adjusted on each case depending on the mold color or glass. It seems like some recepies overbake or underbake and the centers are not completetly done. I have tested my oven temperature setting by placing an oven temp. gauge inside the oven when baking. I always enjoy youur cooking tips. Thank you. Mrs. Navarro

If the pan is glass, set your oven 25 degrees less than the temperature called for in the recipe.
