Try marinating yor prim rib,
Add your salt into , galic, sliced onion , little meat tenderizer., AND ORANGE JUICE DELIUTED IN WATER OR WATER MIXED WITH A STEAK SAUSE. They are both good. In fridge for 1 hour. Remove and let stand for about 30 minutes. Set juice aside to put on meat as needed while cooking with the onions.
Along with a nice green bean salad and fresh twice baked potatoe and for your appetizer, try home made poppers and ranch dip
