Just viewed your video(crab cakes/tartar sauce), and I will definitely try it. Your presentation was superb! There are so few times when I am really interested in a cooking presentation. 99.9% of these are so scripted and the presenters don't have "charisma" or the "je ne sais quois" factor. Congratulations Curtis... you are way ahead of the pack. Do you ever have co-hosts or will you ever think about including this is your format?
