Ingredients 
- 8 tbs chopped garlic
- 16 oz sliced mushrooms
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 jar of sweet red peppers
- 3 tbs butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup cooking sherry, or sherry
- 3 cups parmesan cheese
- 2 tbs sweet basil
- 1 tbs black pepper
- 2-4 hot cherry peppers (for mild heat 2 or really hot use all 4)
- 3 cups parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of your favorite preparedI tomato sauce
- 1 quart half and half
- 1 lb cooked rigatoni
Directions 
- Deseed the peppers and slice them. Put them aside.
- Mix the half and half and parmesan cheese together and Put aside. Put oil in preheated pan and cook garlic and onions on medium high heat.
- Add the mushrooms. When the mushrooms are cooked add the chicken.
- When chicken is done cooking, add sherry and butter. Add all of you peppers.
- Sprinkle with the basil and black pepper.
- Add the parmesan cheese and half and half mixture.
- Stir through chicken and cooked vegetables.
- Add the tomato sauce.
- Put sauce on low and bring it up to temperature, stirring regularly. (The parmesan cheese will stick to the bottom and burn if you don't stir regularly)
- Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and cook for 10 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
