And He scores!!!!

Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.

Somehow, I do not think that Curtis is going to answer you, so I will take up his slack.

Slice it, at least an inch thick. My favorite marinade is Worchestershire Sauce and lemon juice (I use Minute Maid frozen, but go ahead and squeeze some fresh ones if you like.) I poke each side with a fork several times to help get the marinade inside.

When you are ready to cook, I would recommend a grill. (If you can resurrect the cow with some Band-Aids, they are ready. I like mine rare.) Cook it longer if you wish, but there should be a bit of pink in the middle when you quit. There is absolutely no reason to pay for fillets if you are going to cook it to pieces.

Serve with Caeser salad, steamed broccoli, and potato d'oro. This last one is easy. chunk up some new potatoes and boil with garlic. When they are done, remove the garlic while draining. Add Swiss cheese, butter, MSG, freshly ground pepper, and an egg(raw) or two after the potatoes are mashed. Mix well.
