What are the ingredients in plain M & M's? Is there any peanut or peanut oil in the plain ones.
They do not officially contain nuts but may contain traces of nuts as they are made in the same factory so dont risk it!

My neighbor is highly allergic to peanuts. He does not even eat regular M & M's because there is a risk it contains traces of peanuts.
