i don't know the exact recipie your talking about, but i do a dish like this ... in a large bowl put in a swirl of olive oil, 1/2 stick of real butter parmeseano cheese some basil and finely chopped garlic. cook angel hair pasta as directed, drain, don't rinse. have some veggies of you choice ,ready to toss in the pasta. i run mine over a thick cheese grater. zuccini, carrots and thinly sliced by hand red bell pepper. toss around. yummy. add more butter if you see it needs it. it's really good.. sincerly, fiarella.oh, chopped tomatoes are extra delish.

Yum...  I was actually looking for one of Curtis Stone's healthy choice recipes...  but you've given me some excellent ideas!  I don't have a food processor, and the "cheese grater" idea will work perfectly - and I like the thought of angel hair pasta!

Thank you !!!!!!!

i'm real happy it woked out for you.my father was italian and taught me how to get along with what is available.another  ok healthy thing daddy did was to half and slice some zuccini and onion  to cover bottom if lg. fry panwith a bit of olive oil. cook until tender, but not soggy.whip up about 4 eggs and pour over your veggies. put on a lid to cook because flipping is not so fun. or you can flip it in 1/4's .cover it with your favorite cheese. and you have an italian omlet called a fritatta.it's open faced and delish. you can add what ever you like: peppers tomatoes. salsa is good on top, and so is absolutly nothing. enjoy. sincerly, fiarella.
