How to cook large chuck roast

I have to cook a 10 lb eye of chuck roast for a wedding rehearsal dinner.  I know slow, moist cooking is best for pot roast, but have not attempted such a large roast before.  How long should it cook per pound in 250-275 degree oven?

It really depends on how you like it done. I would read this great article which will give you the ins and outs of cooking a roast.
