I usually buy about a 3 or 4 pound but I think this receipe will work with a smaller one. First pierce the meat. Pour on liquid smoke to you desired level of taste a little goes a long way, then coat with sea salt. Wrap in foil and place in 350 degree oven for approximately and 1 to an hour and a half. The meat will shread very nicely giving you  shredded pork. You then can serve as is, with BBQ if desired, or add it to a salad, taco shells, toritillas or anything else you can image. I feed 6 with the 4 lb. and very rarely have any leftovers.....
