Sorry to tell you, but some mistakes are just unforgivable. If you leave her alone for a while... as in months, you might be able to have a conversation with her later on and try to convey this message to her, that it was nothing but the biggest mistake you've ever made. I'm sorry though. You hit her. You lost her trust, you hurt her, both mentally and physically, and she has no reason to forgive you, to be with you, or to ever want to talk to you again. I would focus on making yourself a better person, and start dating other people.
